Pre-Suit Paralegal / Growing personal injury law firm
Fully remote role (Candidates must be located in one of the following areas: Long Island, NYC, Upstate NY)
Our client, a growing plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, is seeking to add a Pre-Suit Paralegal to their team! They are looking for a dependable individual with strong communication and organizational skills. Two years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury firm is preferred.
Salary and Benefits: Salary range $52,000-58,000. Competitive benefits, including 401K with employer match, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance and PTO.

Job Duties:
·Client communication
· Draft legal documents
· Establish all necessary insurance claims
· Establish and manage no-fault claims on behalf of clients
· Review and organize medical records and other case-related documents
· Organize, manage and maintain an accurate case file in firm’s case-management system
· Support for attorneys
Qualifications:
· 4-year College Degree
· Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish.
· One to two years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury firm is preferred.
· Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and staff. Positive and hardworking attitude.
· Organization: Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Accountability: Must be dependable and punctual.
· Fluent with Microsoft Office and Excel.
· Notary is preferred.
· Experience with Filevine is a plus.
· Positive, can do attitude.
